Abstract

Lung cancer is one of the most incident neoplasms in the world, representing the main cause of mortality for cancer. Many epidemiologic studies have suggested that physical activity may reduce the risk of lung cancer, other works evaluate the effectiveness of the use of the physical activity in the suppression, remission and reduction of the recurrence of tumors. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of aerobic and anaerobic physical activity in the development and the progression of lung cancer. Lung tumors were induced with a dose of 3mg of urethane/kg, in 67 male Balb – C type mice, divided in three groups: group 1_24 mice treated with urethane and without physical activity; group 2_25 mice with urethane and subjected to aerobic swimming free exercise; group 3_18 mice with urethane, subjected to anaerobic swimming exercise with gradual loading 5-20% of body weight. All the animals were sacrificed after 20 weeks, and lung lesions were analyzed. The median number of lesions (nodules and hyperplasia) was 3.0 for group 1, 2.0 for group 2 and 1.5-3 (p=0.052). When comparing only the presence or absence of lesion, there was a decrease in the number of lesions in group 3 as compared with group 1 (p=0.03) but not in relation to group 2. There were no metastases or other changes in other organs. The anaerobic physical activity, but not aerobic, diminishes the incidence of experimental lung tumors.

Center for Translation Research and Implementation Science

The Center for Translation Research and Implementation Science (CTRIS) plans, fosters, and supports research to identify the best strategies for ensuring successful integration of evidence-based interventions within clinical and public health settings, such as health centers, worksites, communities, and schools in the United States and abroad. These strategies will build on the successes in fundamental discovery science and early-stage translational research. They also will help tackle new challenges in late-stage T4 translational research—the phase in the translational research pathway that leads to general knowledge about implementing evidence-based interventions—that helps turn discoveries into improved health. Read moreOn this page

What We Do

Health Inequities and Global Health Branch

The Health Inequities and Global Health (HIGH) Branch is the NHLBI’s main source for guidance pertaining to domestic and global health inequities implementation research. This includes identifying research gaps and needs, as well as research opportunities to address them. The HIGH Branch also serves as the NHLBI focal point for advice and guidance on research on global health and the study of implementation strategies for interventions that have been proven effective around the world. The HIGH Branch supports T4 translation research and implementation science directed at strategies to reduce or eliminate both domestic and global health disparities in heart, lung, blood, and sleep disorders. Contact:

Implementation Science Branch

The Implementation Science Branch (ISB) supports integrated research programs to explore the contributing factors to the successful implementation and scale-up of evidence-based interventions in clinical and public health settings such as clinics, worksites, and communities. The ISB programs seek to speed the progression from discovery to widespread implementation by harnessing effective dissemination strategies, identifying and encouraging exploration of knowledge gaps, and promoting validated research frameworks, delivery and implementation strategies for proven effective interventions in real-world practice and community settings. Primary implementation research outcomes include acceptability, affordability, appropriateness, cost, feasibility, fidelity, penetration, and sustainability of interventions for heart, lung, blood, and sleep disorders and their comorbidities. The ISB supports the development, adoption, and implementation of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines based on rigorous systematic evidence reviews, and collaborations with institutions, organizations and agencies required to achieve these objectives.Contact:

Translation Research Branch

The Translation Research Branch (TRB) supports late-stage T4 translation research with a focus on community and population-based analyses of proven-effective interventions. The TRB advances research that focuses on implementation research outcomes such as adaptation, adoption, affordability, fidelity, and sustainability. The TRB encourages crosscutting analyses that combine patient-centered, community-based data with population-level data for more robust results. Additionally, the TRB identifies methodology innovations such as mixed methods study designs and relatively inexpensive pragmatic trials to inform and improve the translation of discovery science into health impact.Contact:

Office of the Director

The Office of the Director at CTRIS provides overall planning, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Center’s programs, as well as strategic coordination of all late-stage T4 translation research and implementation science across NHLBI. The Office oversees development and management of a robust portfolio of T4 translation research and implementation science; scientific workshops and educational programs for investigators and trainees; CTRIS staff professional development; collaborations and partnerships across NHLBI, NIH, other federal health agencies, academia, and global institutions; and facilitates efforts to assess and disseminate health information to the scientific community and the public. Finally, this Office serves as the hub for all NHLBI Strategic Vision milestones in late-stage T4 translation research and implementation science.

  1. Gd’Day Mate!

The Fed (with all central banks) has already mentioned there will be stimulus for years and years.

    Proof:
    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/06/10/economy/federal-reserve-june-meeting/index.html

    What this means for you?

Currency printed is NOT wealth, real wealth is what we produce (in terms and goods and services) and exchanged for currency (a measure of your productivity). Currency is used to store your economic energy (savings) and used whenever you exchange currency (your bank balance) for goods and services for consumption (your utility from making purchases).

When the central banks keep printing and the GDP of the economy doesn’t increase, what happens:

    1. General prices of goods and services go up (your loss of purchasing power)
    2. Interest rates of banks are low (your savings in your bank cannot yield interest rate high enough to offset the inflation rate.
    3. The rich (those with excess capital to deploy) will invest in businesses, stock markets and real estate) to get better yield on their currencies.
    4. But due to Covid19, there are very few businesses or industries that are doing well, as such, more capital is sent to equity markets.

If you do not do anything to protect yourself, your savings in the banks are guaranteed to lose their value.

    Solution?
    1. Educate yourself and understand how the financial system work and make better decision!
    2. We recommend you watch this entire series of “Hidden Secrets of Money” for free on Youtube

    3. Buy physical gold and silver (this is real money) to offset the effects of inflation
    4. Buy gold and silver mining stocks (gold and mining stocks go up faster than the rate of increase of the spot price of gold and silver (warning: the reverse is also true!)
    5. Buy cryptocurrencies (we will be sharing more on this later!)
    6. Check out HIVE Blockchain listed on Canada’s Toronto Stock Exchange

HIVE Blockchain has gone up since we last shared this, this is a company that mines cryptocurrencies (inflation hedge) and with Bitcoin and Ethereum going to go up in prices, any price you buy under CAD$1 per stock of Hive Block Chain is a bargain! We recommend you wait until it crosses it’s all time high of CAD$5.37 on 3rd Nov 2017! (since it became a crypto mining company.

Also, please share what is coming (big inflation) with as many people as possible! Secure your future for your family and yourself! The economic situation is likely to worsen before it recovers in a few years.

PS: I know this is not the best way to reach you but I am doing this with the hope of helping as many people as possible. I am currently spending money out of my own pockets (without selling anything in return).

Please spend some time to think about what is coming. Do check this documentary out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyV0OfU3-FU

We are not affiliated to HIVE BLOCKCHAIN in any way.

Disclaimer: This is not financial advice and we own some Hive Blockchain. We are living in extreme times when the Fed and all central banks around the world is printing lots of currencies. It is a mathematical certainity that everything will go up in price due to the excessive currency printing. We believe cryptocurrencies have more room to go up in prices when the water lifts all boats. Do your own research on this and prepare for the worst

  2. What’s up?

I found this article very interesting…please read!

Do you remember the blockbuster hit film The Matrix that was released in 1999? You may not know this, but it has deep spiritual implications concerning the times we are living in and Bible prophecy.

It tells a story of how these “agents” are trying to turn us into machines. We are closer then ever before for this to become a reality when they cause us to receive an implantable microchip in our body during a time when physical money will be no more.

You may have seen on NBC news concerning the implantable RFID microchip that some people are getting put in their hand to make purchases, but did you know this microchip matches perfectly with prophecy in the Bible?

“He (the false prophet who deceives many by his miracles) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name…

You also may have heard of the legendary number “666” that people have been speculating for possibly thousands of years on what it actually means. This article shares something I haven’t seen before, and I don’t think there could be any better explanation for what it means to calculate 666. This is no hoax. Very fascinating stuff!

…Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666″ (Revelation 13:16-18 NKJV).

To see all the details showing why the Bible foretold of all these things, check out this article!

    Article: https://biblewoke.com/rfid-mark-of-the-beast-666-revealed

GOD is sending out His end time warning:

“Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, ‘If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name'” (Revelation 14:9-11).

In the Islamic religion they have man called the Mahdi who is known as their messiah of whom they are waiting to take the stage. There are many testimonies from people online who believe this man will be Barack Obama who is to be the biblical Antichrist based off dreams they have received. I myself have had strange dreams about him like no other person. So much so that I decided to share this information.

He came on stage claiming to be a Christian with no affiliation to the Muslim faith…

“In our lives, Michelle and I have been strengthened by our Christian faith. But there have been times where my faith has been questioned — by people who don’t know me — or they’ve said that I adhere to a different religion, as if that were somehow a bad thing,” – Barack Obama

…but was later revealed by his own family members that he indeed is a devout Muslim.

So what’s in the name? The meaning of someones name can say a lot about a person. God throughout history has given names to people that have a specific meaning tied to their lives. How about the name Barack Obama? Let us take a look at what may be hiding beneath the surface…

“And He (Jesus) said to them (His disciples), ‘I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven'” (Luke 10:18).

In the Hebrew language we can uncover the meaning behind the name Barack Obama.

Barack, also transliterated as Baraq, in Hebrew is: lightning

    baraq – Biblical definition:

From Strongs H1299; lightning; by analogy a gleam; concretely a flashing sword: – bright, glitter (-ing, sword), lightning. (Strongs Hebrew word H1300 baraq baw-rawk’)

Barak ‘O’bamah, The use of bamah is used to refer to the “heights” of Heaven.

    bamah – Biblical definition:

From an unused root (meaning to be high); an elevation: – height, high place, wave. (Strongs Hebrew word H1116 bamah baw-maw’)

The day following the election of Barack Obama (11/04/08), the winning pick 3 lotto numbers in Illinois (Obama’s home state) for 11/5/08 were 666.

Obama was a U.S. senator for Illinois, and his zip code was 60606.

Seek Jesus while He may be found…repent, confess and forsake your sins and trust in the savior! Jesus says we must be born again by His Holy Spirit to enter the kingdom of God…God bless!
